Can you tell me how to do factions are at peace in start campaign. I want no conflict in start, all are neutral relation. (France no at war with russia, autria...for exemple but indifférent relation)

BIG thk you!! I couldn't believe it in an answer
By chance, i have a big problem and maybe you can help me? Im modding darth mod but there is one thing which preclude me to have a good mod. France have a bonus moral with this units with +6 moral points. Result, all my mod based on moral system collapse... I dont know if its a script or a thing to change in db, but i cant find how to do....
