Yeah, that's about it.you misunderstood.
i was asking how much in terms of help would be required to let you have Hålogaland in the mod now.
a couple of unique units, general and body guard? faction buttons and some battle banners?

Oh, I'm sorry. I have been away and didn't realize.ehem, gentlemen...?
well, now you know.
so what you say, will there be Hålogaland?
off course you realize that if you say no i will have to burn your women, rape your sheep and enslave your land...!
or something of the sort.
Well, I take it those models are the units that would be needed for the faction? If so, then yes! We can include Hålogaland!
Looks amazing, but there is one thing niggling me.
Depending on the this is suppose to represent, but seen from the material this is from 900-1100.
During this time, the city of Uppsala was called Upſala or Upsalir.
Aros is the docktown to Old Uppsala.
*Note* Today, Uppsala is situated in a place called "Aros", as the Cathedral was moved by the pope from Old Uppsala in the 1200.
Other then that, it looks great![]()
We will instead be using kingdoms "Permanent Stone Fort" feature to represent hill forts. In my opinion Watchtowers are a complete eye-soarer on the campaign map. In the mod: Extended Greek Mod, for Rome. Instead of watchtowers they use "minor settlements" as fow expanders. I've been trying to find a mod for it on M2... but cant seem to find one...
But that would be really nice!
How will religion be represented?
Will there be temples for different Ásatrú Gods, or just one temple representing whole religion?
Also are you going to use agent and general portraits from MTW:VI?
This mod is amazing!
We can include Hålogaland!
then perhaps this:
![]()
can be used for Hålogaland faction symbol?
i have almost finished my suggestion for Leader, General and bodyguards. before i upload them i just wish to knock of some possible officers and a captain.
If Hálogaland is added shouldn't Norðvegr be renamed Vestfold? If not another petty kingdom.
How about the Frisians, Gotlanders, Saxons, Obotrites, Polans and what not will they be added in a later update?
Yes, I think the name change is a good idea don't you?1. Maybe, haven't thought about that![]()
Not yet sorryabsinthia said:i wonder if you have had time to implement Haalogaland faction and test it in battle. my computer is total crap and i have not had the opportunity to see them properly in-game, some screenshots would be cool
Just asking but will Iceland or even Greenland be featured in the game like America in vanilla MTW? They would have to survive off trade with the fatherland whilst having mediocre units but cool government advantages like the law-speaker in Iceland.
I am sorry to spam this thread, but...
