To me #1 remains problematic. I don't mind to admit I'm favourable to the intent, yet I do not approve of setting it up as all who diasgrees with my stance - all who are in the discussion included - as insane persons. That is, simply, insulting to those individuals.
The mentally unhealty I acknowledge points to society at large and not those who might debate with him.
Points towards Censure for me, while I previously judged it harder.

#2 is bad attitude, fair and square. It can be argued that what is said is not wished upon the a fellow members family, simply expected to befall them due to the current system they support, but any humanitarian self-justification of course goes out the window when presented together with statments like "i will laugh at every coward that gets shot while trying to hold on to his gun" and "they deserve whatever is coming to them". Joy is proclaimed to be taken from people who have not committed crime but [as argued] will be shot, and this family members and friends of a fellow member who Hannibal' knows nothing about.
A fellow member who for the record behaved civilized and not provoked the reaction.
Reading the posts on page 1 to 2 to get a sense of the flow and context* merely high lights an conduct clearly outside of what is "exemplary manner".

#3 simply do not retract from the case, even if it is a slight.


Taken together, and not concerned by how Hannibal' takes it but what is approprite, and aware of past referral history that has not been alarming even if it exist, I do not argue for a removal of Citizenship.
However I will vote for suspension.
I will take a day more to consider of what length I deem appropriate, because this case has increasingly dismayed me and I want to be level headed in my conclusion.
