Ok i need help, I dl it did the whole steam install rename file name and did the Launcher too and i get teh same results. Everytime i pick a faction i press start and the game crashes....no matter what i do. i changed the confg still crashes. I loaded it enhance and vanilla still crashes. Any idea? A lot of help would be awesome i been on this for too many hours

You done a uninstalll and reinstall?

Or maybe your download was corrupt, try downloading it again and seeing if the same thing happens? There are probably less drastic steps that can be done but I find one of the above usually solves a problem, however I'm sure someone with more knowledge in the area will respond soon.

im going to uninstall everything and give it a try, thanks for the reply ill keep it updated

You don't need to uninstall Kingdoms if that works fine, just W:TW.

After installing westeros mod and clicking the .bat a black command window comes up briefly, but then the game doesn't run.
Additionally Medieval vanilla now will not run either.

Can anyone suggest something please?

Steam updated my game today and now, from the Steam launcher, I can't see any of my mods....anybody know why this is? I am using the kingdoms launcher app and it worked yesterday as long as I was using the game launcher. Now that it launches through Steam I see none of the mods.

Just go to the relevant folder and launch them manually using the .bat files, also check out my latest post in the GoT submod thread if you have trouble not finding Kingdoms.exe.

i downloaded the mod lastnight and played for a few hours. i just tryed to play again today and it crashed at the campagin loading screen i tryed to d oteh fix on the first page but im either doing it wrong or its not working any help would be great.

I downloaded the mod. I extracted the mod into the mods folder. I renamed it americas just like it says. I don't get a launcher the game just starts up when I click the icon. I launch americas through steam and it crashes. I've no clue what it is I'm supposed to do here.

The .bat file doesn't work anymore. Is this due to the Medieval 2 update?
