    I second that...
TGC in order to continue its development seak one or more desicated scripters to put our campaign scripts mess to an order plus to create new events and create the finall missing factions recruitment system. In return TGC will give permision to those that will help to use its material stepe by step. The result will be a fully released TGC plus many mods that will benefit TGC's material.
Despite the mod is dead does not mean that anyone can use its material
    read this to avoid misunderstandings.

IWTE tool master and world txt one like this, needed inorder to release TGC 1.0 official to help TWC to survive.
Adding MARKA HORSES in your mod and create new varietions of them. Tutorial RESTORED.

    Hello,

I'm not a computer expert and know very little about these things, where do I need to extract those files?

    Thank you very very much!

By the way, I have the main Rusichi file updated to 1.1

The main folder where you installed your M2TW.
For the most people It's C:/Progam Files/SEGA/Medieval2 TW
Sig made by me, content from Broken Crescent.

Yeah, if you right click on m2tw shortcut on the desktop and chose proportions you can see where it is installed.

The graphical power of the MTW2 engine is such that, in reality, with the right quality units/objects you can hardly tell the difference between MTW2 and Empire. The interface gives it away, but the actual difference is minute. A couple shaders here and there. This is a much bigger difference than between Rome and Medieval!

So the big difference between the two games is gameplay. If we can tune the gameplay enough, there is more than enough life left in the MTW2 engine

IMHO, these units are better than even the reskinned units from Empire. What do you guys think?

    preved dru'zya, i spasibo bolshoi...
This is the mod which I think has reduced the Empire: Total War to absolute infamy in terms of beauty of design, challenge, and depth. I do hope that we see the further development and expansion of this mod, RTW is shaping up as the best utilization of the resources of a still-thriving game engine, only hinting at its potential.

    Ребята, супер работа, спасибо!

Now, I have a problem with installing and running this mod and was wondering if someone can help. I have a Steam version of MTW and all patches install and run fine on it, except RTW!

I installed the 1.0 Eng version and the 1.1 patch (I have regular N. American version) and I have the icon for RTW, but when I execute it, I get the MTW launcher screen on which I can select Play -> Mods menu on which I have all campaigns of Kingdoms, Retrofit, SS, etc but not RTW, a link for it is missing...

    What do I do?

Did you ever thought to do the same with other parts of the world. I'm speaking of the game play with capitals and villages. You could also name lords of the villages.

Thank you for tha Katafraktoi unit. I have a problem though, seems as after installing it I have the unit mounting not the lamelar armoured horses but the druzhina or mongol horses, those with bear skin
How can I manage to change it, in the "export_descr_unit" , as soon as I change the mount from "heavy horse marka" to "eastern lamellar horse" it crashes when I start the game...
    Can anyone help me
