Luume
We'll always have Paris.
This Hot Seat will be using the Winds of Winter submod by Korpsorg (and many other's involved who are listed on the submod's page).
It should be noted before asking for a place or even reading any further than this point that there will be huge SPOILERS for the ASOIAF book series, only continue reading/participate
if you either have read all books written up to this point or do not care for spoilers and if you are the later you should stop anyways and go read the books for goodness sake!
Also, although it is not required or in the rules, RP is always welcomed in a good hot seat.
Backstory to the submod/ this HS:
The realm is, again, in a state of war.
The North:
After the death of King Robb Stark and the extinction of House Stark the noble House Bolton has stepped in to become the new Wardens of the North, but not all northern houses support the rule of Lord Paramount Roose Bolton and some have joined together under House Manderly but are yet to act against their new Liege Lord. To add to these troubles the self-proclaimed "True King of Westeros" Stannis Baratheon has landed near the wall with a massive host in the hopes of removing the Bolton's from power and perhaps putting a different Lord Paramount in control, but this is just one step as Stannis' ultimate goal lies south at King's Landing.
Riverlands:
With the destruction of House Tully at the hands of the Boltons and the Freys the Riverlands are divided; the Frey's control has expanded and they now are a much stronger House. But Petyr Baelish is now the Lord of Harrenhal and is looking to become Lord Paramount of the Riverlands despite already having firm control over the Kingdom of the Vale. But as always these lands are under threat from possible enemies on all sides and of of the greatest threats comes from the Sea.
The Iron Isles:
The Kingsmoot has been held and a successor to Iron king Balon IX Greyjoy has been selected, but not the heir all were expecting. Euron "Crow's Eye" Greyjoy has returned and claimed himself King of the Iron Isles, under his leadership the Ironborn are a force to be feared once more and the Crow's Eye has high ambitions for his new Kingdom. All the Lords of Westeros should be worried where these ambitions may lead.
The Iron Throne:
After the passing of King Joffrey Baratheon his brother King Tommen has succeeded him but the boy is young and needs guidance so he is being directed by many advisers including Lord Commander Jaime Lannister of the Kingsguard. With the threat of Stannis Baratheon far to the North and the King of the Trident and the North dealt with it looks as though the King's forces may have time to collect themselves but there is a new threat in the form of The Lost Prince. A host of sellswords has landed in the stormlands and is tearing it apart, they fly two banners. One of a Golden Skull with spears on a white background, the sigil of the Golden Company a sellsword group notorious for supporting Blackfyre pretenders. The second sigil is that of a red three-headed dragon upon a black background, the arms of House Targaryen. They are led by a young man with silver hair and purple eyes, he claims he is Aegon Targaryen, son of Prince Rhaegar Targaryen and true heir to the Iron Throne.
Ultimately the realm is broken and at war, choose a side and fight it out to see who wins and who dies cause as we know "when you play the game of thrones you win or you die."

PM the next player that it is their turn. You have 24 hours to play each turn before skip/sub.
NO ONE TURN PEACE. You can invade/enter lands/attack anyone on turn 1 unless they have not played their turn yet.
No destroying buildings in an under siege settlement or if the enemy is in range to besiege with an remotely equal or superior army.
Destruction of buildings is allowed apart from when the circumstances breach those of the rule above. (Barracks however may not be destroyed, destroy usless buildings.)
Fort limit of 4 per region and all forts must have a garrison of at least 4 units, to limit fort spamming a bit.
No bug abuse! When you think someone has used a bug report it here and the admin will look into it.
No sailing from a blockaded port without first defeating the blockading ships.
The recruitment of siege equipment and their use is prohibited.
No sallying forth in a siege to deny your besieger the opportunity to sack your settlement.
Post pictures of battle odds, involved armies, their banners and the results. It is advised to hide everything else, especially the mini map and your finances.
Armies defeated by a player (b) that comes after the original player (a)'s turn cannot move next turn, so if Tyrell defeats a Lannister army that army cannot move next turn. - Exception: Reinforcing armies standing in defenses, even if defeated, don't lose movement points. So player 'a' is allowed to move the army that reinforced another while in a fort even if defeated by 'b'.
Settlements gifted should disband all units save one and cannot be repeatedly given.
Princesses needs 30% odds to steal a character.
No assassinations.
