Austria had a revolution

The austrians had a little revolution on their hands and murdered francis but for some reason my diplomatic standing(i'm prussia) did not change much they are still fighting napoleon and allied with the monarchs. I haven't had this ever happen in vanilla NTW so I was wondering if it's only in your mod? I also saw the Crimeans rise against the russians which I haven't seen in vanilla either. I am wondering if you update this mod will you put more emphasis on governments? For example if austria has another republican revolution would they be more inclined to fight with the emperor instead of against him?
