Hey man, only one of the links works and its a shady looking download. I've scanned the zip and its clean, but the download site will try to (and succeed) in filling your rig with adware . I'm uploading the 4.0 final beta to my Google Drive account. I should be able to post a permanent link in here when its done.

I'm calling it Beta 2. It's unofficial, as I haven't asked Carados about it. I think you'll find it slightly more polished than the previous beta, though. Among other things, I forgot to put proper explanations of the government trees in the previous one.

What are the exact instructions for installing this please?

It's the full modfolder, so just drop it into your RTW-BI folder and point your shortcut at it. You can follow the manual patching instructions in this thread if you've never done it before:

Yes this is: i first downloaded from post #4 link but i never manage to get it work (crash while loading). However post #3 link works.

Hmmm...try copying the download in post 4 over the one from post 3, then running campaign_map_reset.bat before starting a game. Let me know if that works.

I've already done this, and it still crashed... Has someone there tried this version and managed to make it work?

OK, that's strange. Are you sure nothing else has modified your vanilla data directory? That would interfere with the mod. Also, are you getting any errors using the -show_err switch?

I'll try to put out a new beta (mostly comprising Sere's ideas and some rebalancing I did) in the next few days. I'm not sure about the last one, but at the moment I'm getting no errors from Zeus, the Ancillaries/Traits validator, or the EDB validator.

I have same problem.
I overwrote 4.0beta3 to ExRM(3.5c)folder.
And I selected some faction in ExRMcampaign, but when I click start icon for game start ,game have crashed.

Oh! There's your problem. Don't overwrite the old one. This is completely stand-alone. I should go make that clearer right now.

So sorry for my easy mistake.
I only copied "ExRM_v4-beta_3" folder and I was successful in game start with RTWBI.
It looks so good.

Btw, I made one more copy folder and renamed "ExRM_v4-beta_3_Alx".
And I overwrote Alex & RTW patch. And I edited property of shortcut icon.
That is " \RomeTW-ALX.exe -nm -ne -show_err -mod:ExRM_v4-beta_3_Alx".

But game does not start with RTWALX and crashed after screen loaded.

And I edited property again, I renamed RomeTW-ALX.exe to RomeTW.exe
But game does not start with RTW and crashed after screen loaded again.

That's correct. I completely forgot earlier that we'd added hording, too. I don't think we're going to be able to get this to work under Alex or the original RTW, sorry.
