are we talking about anal rape in here? are this kind of sites really something be proud of? I mean many ''convicted fellons'' are people who banged a 16 y.o. while being 18

I bet some of those people aren't even real "sex offenders". They probably got put on that site because they were 19 and got caught having sex with a 17 year old.

IMO that does not warrant them having their whole life ed and embarrassed on some website that people can go and see their picture and where they live.

Unless they are hardcore sex offenders (I mean like childporn, 40 year olds ing little girls, etc) then I would completely support the site and its mission, otherwise they shouldn't make it public.

Wrong, the avg. age of sexual offender was over 30 during there crimes for the people I mentioned.
Kidnapping, Battery, Assault,Child Porno, Lewd acts with children, electronic enticement ect..........

Hey it's not my country who passed the law to force these people to register. If the data is available... The USA has been declining for some time now and although I hope to see them recover morally and economically, these kinds of laws belong in the stone age and should be banned in the modern world. I wouldn't register myself, not in a million years.

Douchebag #1: Convicted 5 years ago for online solicitation of a minor (14 years old).

Douchebag #2: Oh for s sake! Aggravated sexual assault of a child AGE THREE in 1991 (he was ~23 at the time). This in dude lives on the same street as me, although it's a ways down. Uh. By the swimming pool, it looks like.

Edit: I wonder what kind of restrictions these dudes have. There's an elementary school less than a mile from me (it's in the neighborhood, opposite direction down the road from where sicko #2 lives), so I wonder if they're not allowed near there. Hm.

I have like three dudes with single offenses of indecent liberties with minor. Two of them are fairly young and probably got offenses in High School or just out of it and the old man had his offense ages ago. One lives a street over from me but he was only like 18 when it happened.

I don't want to derail the thread with this debate....but are there poor young chaps exposed on this site because they simply got caught with a younger girl? Yes, and that sucks and I do agree that it is harsh. However, they really are the minority. Most of the guys on this site are sick guys that communities have a right to know about. Like a guy who jacked off in front of an elementary school or Some 30 year old who molested his 10 year old niece, stuff like that.

You try to change the law so it's more competent and capable of delivering justice. What you don't do is start a website to brand people before ever even meeting them. The USA is lagging really bad on this matter. Perhaps the world will respect you more once the torture prisons, death penalty and these revenge websites are banned...

I do not agree. While there aren't as many - the satuatory rape laws are the cause for many many MANY guys getting ed over because they ed their 17 year old GF and got caught (weather they be 18. 19. or 20).

There are many examples.

But you will get no argument from me on the hard core people who abuse, rape and do disgusting things to little children.

18+ year old having sex with someone 15 or under is illegal though.
