Re: OOC Thread 2.0

How do marriages and kids work in this game? Do we just have to find a priest and ask them to marry us (and can the wife be a NPC, or does it have to be a character's daughter)? And with Kids do we just go to the physician and pay for whichever type we want, or is there stuff that needs to be done before this?

Sorry for all the questions.

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

Not a problem dude

For the Marrige, you can find a priest or even make up an NPC one and your wife can be an NPC. And for the child all you need to do is pay whichever doctor you want (which effects your chances for child and wife death) and pray

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

I'm clueless, but I think it's just like a duel or something..dice roll, best of 3 or something..That's my best guess.

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

That's exactly what it is. It's based on the medieval Melee tournaments where Knights would turn up and take part in a free-for-all, either for fame or to capture opposing knights for ransom.

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

Though art young, but I am in need of bishops within Ireland
Alexander passes him a letter with the official seal
Though art now the Bishop of Cork, go and tend to thine flock

You cant do that...

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

Sorry Nole should have explained, the first round is a free for all of sorts the two lowest scores will be out of this round, i have more twists and deviations planned for round two.And looks like Stilldawn will be your opponent now as LW has had his tussle. As this stands though even if you lose this round you could still go through on a high score and vice versa also.

Re: OOC Thread 2.0

From Wiki:
Royal officials report that Welsh students at Oxford University were leaving their studies for Owain and Welsh labourers and craftsmen were abandoning their employers in England and returning to Wales in droves. Owain could also draw on the seasoned troops from the English campaigns in France and Scotland. Hundreds of Welsh archers and experienced men-at-arms left English service to join the rebellion.
Gutted Major.
