Actually I think anyone who loves hockey and 29.2% alchohol beer should be allowed to celebrate canada day . How are you so different?

Edit: To anyone curious I checked, as far as I can tell the highest % alchohol physically recorded in beer (Even when somewhat intermixed with wine) is 29.1%
