what, you would't be excited if they were including a Dany invasion?? to be fair if it's any Mormonts it'll be the women no?

Yes, but they won't. The best we can hope for is that Aegon will be included and playable.

it could mean maege and dacey if they've figured out how to implement female generals! (And that could mean asha and brienne too!)

Implementing female generals is easy; There are some weird things, for example traits would refer to her as him, their voice would be manly, and they would have to be "married" with a deceased female..

Implementing female generals is easy; There are some weird things, for example traits would refer to her as him, their voice would be manly, and they would have to be "married" with a deceased female..

Pfft, they don't need to be married! They'll just pop out half-bear children once in a while, if you leave them in an area with lots of woods for a couple of turns

this is true but you can have her in the strat-map at beginning as a princess even if is married. Just delete her character-record, put her as a normall agent (character Dany, princess, female, age nn, x, y, portrait dany) and voilà, she will be in the family tree and in the map aswell. you can do this if you plan to make a Targaryen Faction; then you could have her in the strat-map as princess even if she is married, but it seems she will not be able to marry anybody... at least in my campaigns.

actually you could send her off-map and replace with another agent with the same name and portrait and then marry this "clone" to whoever you want to simulate a second marriage; and this could even be an event called up by scripting, so you kill the "original" in the family tree. The only thing, if you marry her to a family member of yours, there will be 2 Danaerys in the tree, a dead one (killed at the marriage by script) and the new one...

Your pic shows them fighting what i assume are gold cloaks so are they stark or lannister?

Eastern Sellswords are hireable by all factions; But Vargo Hoat will offer his services to the Lannisters. Ofc, he isn`t very loyal so..

And Goldcloaks can also be recruited by anyone- As long as they hold kings landing.

ya know the HBO gold cloaks kinda wore on me... after a while i could see them looking that way even though the books description is different.

Looks like a bunch of mercenaries to me, right. At first I thougt it was the Golden Company but the mentioning of Vargo Hoat in the thread changed that view for me.

So lets see if I can identify them...

Vargo Hoat in the green with the goat-helmet and there's a mercenary captain that I don't remember. But I figure he may have been someone that Daenerys might have met at some time or another.
