    Default Force March supply change

    Ever noticed how the AI abuses force march and runs all over your territory?

    this is an attempt to fix that.

    The army stance now costs 20 supply.

    Needs long term testing and feedback

    ----UPDATED link to include sunjian faction as he has a custom stance apparently, also reduce his to 15 and attempted to his make his units show up a little less fatigue as he was known for getting to the battlefield first----
