Apparently Michael Bay doesn't want anyone to ruin his beautiful franchise's , so he has to make more Tr movies .

Thank God Steven Spielberg won't reboot the franchise's , it would probably be to much action packed ,without soul and with bad actors .

    Oh my god yes.

I realise I'm probably the only one on this forum looking forward to this film, but yeah...

I'm looking forward to it. What'd I'd really love to see is a prequel movie, set on Cybertron. But an all CGI movie of that quality would be ridiculous...

I was entertained by the 3rd. But of course, then Avengers came along and blew it out of the water.

The point is that this would require a ridiculous budget.

Yep, same here. I'm probably a bit old for this now but I have the perfect cover in the shape of my lad. He's got the first three on DVD.

Another Transformers movie means another rifftrack by Mike Nelson & The Bots from MST3K ripping it to pieces. I'm down for that!

He needs to get rid of the horrible "comedy" moments and make the robots more serious and less like human teenagers. But really the last two were trash so I don't have high hopes for this. Avenger showed how popcorn action movies should be.

Aye, but Bay was always good at incorporating the military into his films, something I thought the Avengers lacked. However he needs to get rid of the fantastical stupid/racist "humor" And Shia.

Yeah I mean the main stay for me on the series is the action scenes involving the military. I'm a junkie for that stuff and even though Transformers 2 was a pretty bad movie that end battle with all those robots and troops fighting was pretty BA.

I would definitely watch it. If these movies have one thing, that is entertainment.

I want a film with huge robots beating the out of each other and a human military; I do not want ridiculous hammy world domination plots, teenage angst and cheap fanservice moments.
Some day I'll actually write all the reviews I keep promising...

I'm actually surprised by how positive this thread turned out to be. I thought the film elitist club would've been out in full force by now.
