Remo, as always, excellent work! Can't wait to see your troops in action. Keep the previews comin'!
Keep up the good work Remo. Do you mind putting screens of the other Austrian Units you've currently made already in this thread too?
Nice guards! I'm really enjoying how this army is turning out.
Is it possible to change the dragoons hat to the type in the picture or is that still beyond us at this point in time?
I was asked the same question a bit ago, the answer is unfortunantly no. Even If I had the means I wouldn't do it. Everything I make has one standard rule(It must work in multiplayer). Changing models would mean having to have a script file, thus making it non-compatible with MP.
People will just have to make due.
As this is now the official Regalia of Nations uniform thread, I will bring an update on Poland-Lithuania. As for now only the line and Artillery might not be subject to changes. So it is still much WIP but you'll see the progress as it goes... Most of the texture are based on the Augustus II era here is the source

I addition, I'm working also on dragoons, Guard Infantry and Regiment of Horse. You can also see my inspiration for the general, militia below...

I've based the pikemen after represatation of the late 17th century ( see attachement) After this I'm wondering if i should re-do the milicia and do the provincial cavalry under the same guidelines. It create a kind of early army. I shall see...

For the Hussars, since poland didn't really used "hungarian" hussars exept for some mercenary, I have tought of doing an unarmored winged hussard based on the piture I found ( see attachement ) Since the leopard skin is a feature of the polish Hussars I wanted them to have something leopard so that the way made the sash. It is maybe not 100% historical but I think it looks nice.

Its awesome that you also recolor the Pikemen! I love to use them if they are reskinned as for example Waronmar did and you did for Poland.
Ah if everybody would reskin the pikemen for every faction
Very cool preview REMO + 33orion77! Good work!
@REMO
Do you release an "Austrian" pack only for "Regalia" or will you release it on your main thread too?

I really like the Hussars and their sash. Keep up the good work Orion. Also, I don't think you should redo the Militia, they're some of your best work.
There will be a link in my thread, and in Regalias. Honestly I have no clue why I have my thread anymore. Regalia is basically a glorified version of my thread, that is untill they make a patch.mod version.
Aykis, as it stands right now, this isn't actually a mod so much as it is a combination of links to other mods. We basically allready have one of these in the released mod section. Thats why I suggested just combining it into one big graphical mod and doing away with the split sections. At the very least, you can combine the simple sections into small mods. Like combine all textures into the texture mod, all flags into the flag mod, etc. etc.
I would feel more confortable doing the work for you guys if you did that.
I'm currently working on reskinning of minor factions' line infantry. I don't like the way they are presented in the vanilla - one skin for almost 20 minor factions. So I started retexturing them. But please, don't expect really different textures, I just want to add some colours to them to make a visible difference (not just colour of coats like in vannila).
So here is a little preview:

I also made a little retexture of Swedish Line infantry

Wow! Nice work, Remo!
@ HellFell
I admit, The Swedes is a faction would like to work on too, ( with Russia, you need Sweden as opponent, Poltava and so on...) But If I could suggest, I would get rid of the lapels or close their coat to give them a unique and historical look. You can see some of my test below ( don't look the details I've done them in 5 min and gloss, normal are not edited, It is just to try out some options, it is true as well for the colors). I've put my testing aside since I'm doing Poland but it may give you some ideas...
