How to disable auto manage in provincial campaign?

i tried preferences but it doesnt work
i want to disable auto manage function in provincial campaign becuz it stuffed me up too much

just press esc in the game and go to game settings... then you can change it there

if you cant do it there, go to the preferences file in the preferences folder and change MICRO_MANAGE_ALL_SETTLEMENTS from FALSE to TRUE

yes you can i just did it last night..... it turns it off for the campaign your playing......
