Where did you get to crack open the files? The game isn't out yet.

I certainly hope that they actually use all the skins.

These textures are from Empire TW. I'm modder so I can open textures in Photoshop

I see that same bugs in NTW screens:

They stated a while back that those pictures are just modded versions of ETW, and so that is my guess as to why they only have a limited number of faces, because they are actually from Empire and not Napoleon.

Yes, they have said many times over that NTW will have 64 different faces!

I'd agree for one face per unit if all units had correct uniforms insteed of carabineers in blue and co.

these are clearly modded units of ETW, CA has stated that several times.

Like Marshal Beale has said there will be 64 different faces models.

In screen posted today British troops look like clones (2 types of faces, few types of uniforms as ETW):
