Hello. I have recently downloaded EB and i find it to be one of the best mods I have ever played for a game. But I just have a quick question. It seems that for all of the characters of Rome all of the "u"s are replaced by "v"s. For example, my diplomat's name is Caivs Publivs something (I don't remember the exact name). I also have a Captain Marivs. Is it sopposed to be like Caius Publius or with the "v"s. If someone could answer that it would be great.

I don't the Romans used the letter U instead they used a V for instance "Sulla" was accually "Svlla".

The letters V en I were used both as (a) consonant(s) and a vowel.

The W and U and the J only developed later on to differentiate between the V and the I respectively.

Later on is either late Roman era or early medieval era, I don't know exactly and I don't wanna look it up right now.
