Weird Graphics on battle map

I have some really strange graphics on the battle map, allll the units are like all brown or all red, its stupid. As well as immense load times. Anyone help?

I have same problem, all units are brown and their weapons are a light brown. no significant details. I've changed graphics settings a couple of times with no help. No other problem other than unit textures. Anyone?

Yeah its strange, is there anyway to sort out the load times aswell?
