How would I go about increasing loyalty of my Generals? I'm currently playing as England and nearly all my generals have 1-3 loyalty and I've already have had a few rebellions. How would I fix this?

option 1 cheat
option 2 keep them in the same stack as or close to your king for a while
option 3 get some clear not heroic victories
also if you increase you kings authority they won't rebel as much

It's also a good idea to keep track of what titles give a penalty or a bonus to loyalty.
Some titles should only be held by your king og other high-loyalty generals (Caernavon, Dublin, Rennes, Inverness, Paris, etc.).
