I'm going to say Eriador, since he's got a region that's quite southern in Isenguard, and I've never seen Eriador push that far south before. :/
 
Dwarves, AI couldn't have done that. The dwarves under AI are never a serious threat. At least to me.

Isengard: You attacked rohan right away and mordor also achieved victory in minas tirith, then eriador bugged you so you launched a crusade to get them of your back :) Sorry for no rep must give some to other people first :P But you will be repped :D
 
That's really hard, the north good is dominating and the south evil is dominating. I think it's either Dwarves or Mordor. Most likely Mordor because the player would most likely go on the invasions gung ho and try and get the settlements quickly. So, Mordor is my guess.
 
I say Harad for a change. Modor and Isengard are that strong because you weakened Gondor, the western provinces were probably already rebel when Isengard took them.
Could be Isengard or Mordor just as well, just trying to be original by saying something new :).
