But I can't get it to work

Love the previews, pics and Roman units and I want to play it really bad...

I downloaded Rome Expansion 1.0 and when I tried unzipping the .rar, over 300 files say that they're corrupt. They show up anyway so I copy the unzipped folders into my Total war folder and I get an error message saying that rome.exe has encountered an error, it won't even fire up the game. I'm not sure what's going on so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have RTW Gold edition which includes RTW 1.5 and BI 1.6

3 giant maps
and real hard total war on every step (much hardest war than in any mod on TW center )
very good enemy ai , very agressive ...

Thanks! I was able to install it and it is a very good mod indeed. I've only checked the Roman units and they are amazing!

I do have problems when I try to exit the game, it won't do it normally. It will say that rome.exe has encountered a problem and it will now close. Nothing big but a bit odd. Also, the building and unit icons on the campaign map are fuzzy, I'm not sure if that's an issue with me.

So what's the difference with all the maps? I love the fact that I have a choice and I would like to know which one would best work for me.

I'm playing the Imperial Campaign map and so far I'm loving it, it's quite difficult for the Roman families which makes it far more challenging and better for me when the civil war comes about.

Congrats on a great mod, awesome work with the units, sounds and music. It's a good combination of what I'm looking for in a mod.
I have noticed that it is barbarian bias, they're more powerful and stronger on the map than any other I've seen which I'm fine with. I'm looking forward to the challenge and crushing those barbarians scum.
