Johannesburg: The hunt is on for three women who ambushed a 30-year-old man and forced him to have sex with them at gunpoint.

According to police spokeswoman Paula Nothnagel, a case of indecent assault had been opened and identity kits would be released soon. The man cannot be named because of the nature of the offence.

Nothnagel said that on Saturday night the man was walking through Roodepoort when the women pulled up next to him in their maroon BMW.

They asked him for directions to the Savoy Hotel and he got into the car to show them the way.

At the hotel the women persuaded him to join them for a drink, before asking him for directions to yet another hotel.

While on the road to the Station Hotel the women suddenly changed direction and drove to a dark and empty field near the Durban Deep mine.

"One woman produced a firearm and held the man at gunpoint," Nothnagel said.

"The women got undressed and all three took turns to have intercourse with him."

The man was then ordered back into the car and dropped off along Main Reef Road.

Nothnagel said the man then went home before opening a case at the local police station. The West Rand Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is investigating. They suspect the women were all aged between 20 and 30.

again, the only reasons I can see to complain about being raped by those three women would be 1) they had venereal disease; 2) they were very ugly; and 3) the guy was married/engaged. in the absence of those facts, I'm pretty sure it would all be fun and joy. heck, he DID manage to have sex with THREE women in quick succession, that's not something you can do if you're not motivated...

if he were to satisfy three sex-crazed women, it would probably take more than just an erection. he did agree to go out and drik with them before the act, so they probably weren't totally scary, too.

still, if you don't want sex with someone, and you are forced to, then it is rape. Laughing at this is a form of sexism because it states that men are simply sex robots who allways want sex with everyone. wich is not true, he was held at gun point, don't forget that.

It's because of this sexism that men are actually in a weaker spot then woman, because it gives woman permission to point guns at men and force them to have sex with them.

A man won't easally admit to being raped, because of the shame and the people laughing at him. but the psychological effect still stays and damages this man.

It really should be looked at in a more serious matter

In this situation I would have taken it, then beaten the **** out of them both and destroyed the film. I'd have smacked her up so hard she'd have been blue, then thrown her out the window. What would she do - complain to the police? I think not.

As for this thing about if women can rape men in English law - it's true that they can't for straightfoward rape, yes...but a woman can be liable FOR rape of a man as an accessory, which is the same offence in English law. She'd have to hold him down while a man buggered the him, for example.

A good method for the time being, but ideally what is needed is to genetically modify women altogether, using bio-engineering to alter them physically as a kind, so that they are given a kind of retractable, concealed sheathe of cartilage within the labia, letting them close themselves up impenetrably at will. GM-Woman will be impervious to rape. If only these pathetic anti-GM hippies and even more pathetic anti-science conservatives could be brushed aside so that science could achieve this kind of thing, and much more.

english rape law is stupid

we have a 4 tiered system of offences

rape
assault by penetration
sexual assault
indecent assault

a woman cannot commit rape, though she can be convicted of all the others.
saying that a woman can be an accessory is very inexact in english law. there is no offence of being an accesory to any crime. its split 4 ways, Aidding, Abetting, Counciling and procuring the original offences.

slightly different rules apply for the different ones. i can't recall of the top of my head but, i don;t believe you can be convicted of any of them if there is no principle offence or offender. i.e, you cannot be convicted of Aidding and Abetting a rape if no rape took place.
and you cannot council or procure an offence if the principle offender is found not guilty. (i think)

in this case, non of the 3 woman are secondary offenders to rape, as there was no rape. a man cannot be raped by a woman
depending on what the women actually forced the guy to do, the highest charge you could bring is sexual assault, this is basically any unwanted physical sexual contact, it can verge from groping all the way up...

strangely, if all they did was screw him, there can be no assault by penetration charge either, as the man has not been penetrated (he did the penetrating)
english law is ill prepared to deal with femdoms lol

Just out of interest, when did Johannesburg re-enter British rule? In fact, when was it moved from South Africa to England? Ho hum.

Hello, is it so unusual for people to have video recorders (or a more modern equivalent)? Not really.
