I and my friend unable download "IMPERIAL LEGIONS OF ROME" on steam, unknow why. But the smaller mod like Germina, Ferrata or Rapax with other mods of other modders can be downloaded. May be 300mb is too big.

try re installing steam, there is no issue with the mod. it is something with your system

Both of us reinstalled steam, but still can't download that mod, while other smaller mod around 100mb and below can download nomally.

Edit: I ask 2 more of my friends and they also can't download this mod from steam while other mods normally!?

I'm 99% sure the problem isn't with the mod. I don't know what kind of settings there are for workshop downloads on steam, but you might want to go over them and see if anything seems out of place. If that's not it, do some googling on it and I'm sure you'll find others with the same problem and hopefully, a solution.

I go on Skyrim site and they said Steam Workshop limit around 100~200 MB and begin trouble with mod above 300 MB, they said there is no resolve and try download from other site like Nexus for Skyrim, Oblivion v.v...

to date there are over 7600 subscribers, so far you and your friend are the only ones with this issue. Odds are it is something on your end that is causing this issue. You may have a junk pc, or a slow connection, i do not know but it is something you will have to figure out

Yes, as said by Panzercracker there's a poor upload limit in the workshop and maybe someone could have problem caused by this.... or you could have problem upgrading the mod over its already big size; anyway, by my side no issues in downloading and using this mod. Your units are a salvation for the Emperor Campaign who is so silly to show garrison with early republic units (hastati and triarii, pure horror). And I can't wait to reach higher tech to have them in game.

I have the same problem with workshop as some of the guys.
The last update i downloaded was the one released on January 26.
The one from January 28. no luck.

This happened with some of my ARMA 3 subscriptions as well.

My "junk" PC is core i7, 16MB Ram, GTX 770 using for CGI works, and using FTTH internet at 6.25 MB/s and Vietanh's PC is higher than me. Can download smaller mod on workshop or 400 MB+ mod on nexus normally, but not 300MB+ mod on workshop. The lastest update I can download from this mod is 6th January when it still 279 MB, the problem is on Steam Workshop with big mods. I rarely find any mod that as big as yours, modders usually split to many parts like DeI, Pax Romania v.v...

I think you should make a topic to ask how many guys can't download your lastest update.

Edit: after nearly hundred retries, finally can download. But I think you still should ask how many guys who has trouble to download your big mods or divide to many parts for easier to download.

I think I have the last version: to be sure of this I removed the mod manually and via Ca launcher, then I shut down steam. Reopened steam I download the mod (321mb) and activated it..so I suppose this should be the last one available.

It's the first time I heard about a "junk" PC can make it don't download something from steam, as for connection well I think I can handle 13GB files transfer from half the globe away yesterday so it's not a problem.
And actually here, right here you can see on one page at least 3(or 5) people have problem with the mod. I really doubt that 3(5?) PC in different locations and different software/setup can have the same trouble if it's not relate to something that they all have. In this case, clearly, we all have Steam, Rome 2 and this mod. If it's not too much a burden why you not split your mod into 2 parts? Steam work fine for me, and Rome 2 if it's not working the the hell if I know and to be honest no one gonna re-download Rome 2.

Panzer, tiger and me know each others over internet but we not living in the same place and we don't even have the same ISP so internet connection problem is a no.

The problem could be local to your PC. A steam problem, rather than a problem with your PC. For me it all works fine, no download issues whatsoever. But steam is basically a cluster of problems a lot of the time. I haven't looked into it but you say you have. Is there no one mentioning a fix? Splitting the mod up is a fix in a way but something that wouldn't really be preferable to the author, which I completely understand. So firsthand you will want to try and find a fix for it on your end.

Leaving it there is actually a mistake. For some reason some of my my downloads also stop at some point. Leaving it for hours didn't help. What I did was keep closing the launcher and open it again. I realised whenever the launcher is closed and opened, it downloads a little bit. If it stucks again then I do it again. Eventually something will clear out the tube (idk what) and the download will stop freezing. It does sound nonsense, it still is to me, but it worked.
