I did better once I went back to my old classes.
StealthFox found out last night that I don't know how to play with the Juggernaut on Gold.
And they nerfed the Hurricane over the winter break, didn't they? It feels like the Revenant: too much recoil and not enough power.
Try burstfiring the weapon or equip SMG Recoil System to increase stability or play classes that give stability bonus (Turians and Juggernaut at least).
They haven't done anything to the Hurricane. It's still very powerful weapon and just destroys everything atleast on Gold.

Ok, it was a Krogan Vanguard with a Reegar X, Incendiary Ammo, Cyclonic Modulator, Shotgun Amp, and Stronghold Package V against Geth at Firebase Vancouver, but still.

I don't even use missiles or gel in most gold matches. Of course, I always play as a vorcha sentinel with health regen, max flamer damage, and plenty of grenades for explosions.
