It seems as though the blood mod in BC is rather...well, lacking. I haven´t seen many blood stains at all really, after fighting quite a bit perhaps 1 in every 300 soldiers has a bit. It also depends on the unit I´ve noticed. For example in SS and TATW etc...the blood is a bit more, realistic rather than tiny little splats here and there that I can barely see.

Really? Some units get spackled in blood all over and not really any for another.

I think it still uses vanilla blood effects... download burreks blood mod

I think the blood is pretty good actually, I've played Last Kingdom Mod and the blood is so much it looks like they've been painted red, it's a shame.

Less is sometimes more.

I agree...too much is too much, but too little....well, it´s too little. Stainless Steel and TATW seem to have the perfect balance in my opinion.

I have seen plenty of blood. Unless it's been removed in 2.32, i think it's a good amount and much better than in those other mods. I agree, "less is more" when it comes to this. The units in other mods are absolutely covered in blood, it's ridiculous looking. It ruins all my screenshots.

Higher quality splatters and stains (design and resolution wise), but less of them. That's what I'd aim for.

There is also one more way to have more red on the screen - stab your finger with a knife and smear the blood over the display! :evil4:

;)

Now, seriously, there will be new blood in some future version of BC, maybe even in 2.4. We already have a man working on it. :)

''Stainless Steel and TATW seem to have the perfect balance in my opinion''

they use burreks blood no dirt

Wudang whatever you guy's do don't make it like Last Kingdom, the Mods good although BC is in a different league as far as graphical quality as it is against any Mod I've played.

In Last Kingdom the blood really let's the Mod down because their just covered in it and it looks silly.

I actually think the blood in BC is borderline perfect, when I hooked my PC up to my HD flatscreen LCD TV I was amazed at how good it looked.

Use the crimson tide sub mod. adds blood, dirt and a few other nice graphics :)

You can check this out if you want some gore; http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=515484. The CAI is really good too.

Feel free to use these if you want wudang. I also have a nice compact and super easy to include logistics supply script you may be interested in. Plus much more like new buildings and units of all sorts. Too much to list really. I would be happy to contribute anything you want to use.

I will also be improving all the units you let me use in my mod real soon (finally... been so busy with other crap). So I will be sure to send you those when I am finished. I think there is like 20 of them, so it may take me awhile to finish. I will give the elephants another shot too, maybe I can get them to convert this time around.

That's very nice of you, thank you very much. If it comes to the blood, we will have our own, most likely, but we would definitely make use of new elephants and the units modified by you! :)

i suggest use crimson tide or blood n guts ....:thumbsup2

i think if u make new blood from ur own it will be same as crimsons .. :hmm:none diffrent
.

wht do u say:)

Most of the images I've seen of those blood/mud mods are terrible looking. The resolutions are so bad, just makes everything look like garbage. Stay away from that unless the textures on the blood/mud/etc itself is very high.

burreks is the best, it's used by most mods
