Great AAR, as always, Thokran!

Kingdom of Aragon was the very first faction i played on SS mod, and i got raped in less than 20 turns :thumbsdow

Also, i have to say i've never seen that "faction heir assassinated" message before. I guess the enemy AI is more agressive with its agents in mods than in vanilla, even in medium difficulty.

I missed the last few updates since my move, but now I caught up. And you did it again: updating faster than I could read... :tongue: it reminded me of the first part of the Baltic Terror!
But this is great, and I think you have a distinct style of storytelling which is very enjoyable. Plus, the story goes back and forth with the events, so the game treats you well too. ;)

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updates. I guess I forgot to mention that I was going on a cruise, so I was MIA for most of last week. Now school has started up again for me, but I will be able to continue updating at a regular, steady pace from here on out. Hope to have the next year up in a couple of days! Thanks for the support and for your patience! :)

This is one of the best AAR:s I have read for a looong time! You have really kept to your high standards right from the start. It's quite different from the zealous and conspiring Teutons, which makes it even more interesting. I read through everything this night, splendid work. It's so impressive how you include even the smallest events in the story (who could have thought that the troubadors were hiding assassins? No wonder the assassin proves unkillable, he can - being from what was once Gaul - just sing like Cacofonix when threatened and every enemy will be paralyzed).

Your writing is so superb that it outclassess whatever epicness that may come from the battle screens. The latter are really just sidestories at the moment. But their importance will obviously grow. Judging from the comments, it seems that the moors will soon get help from the Scots and their king - not surprising since Aragon has allied with England.

Gorgeous eyes and soft, lucious hair. Revered by the court for her charm. So this is what they call "Flawed Features" in Aragon... Some people never get satisfied :laughter:

whew, loved how u blended the story and the assassination together, it's like how i think when i'm playing my campaigns lol;) looks like Prince Jaime saved the kingdom and the alliance eh:P
