wonderfully done, one question though aren't the oocca meant to be a faction of the goddesses? Or had they been defeated by this point in the story, i presume they'll still be in the campaign?

I think the Oocca are the papal states. They'll probably be giving missions to the goddess factions since the description implies their holy wrath.
