    I'd like to see a separate king/leader model for each faction, kind of like vanilla kings that had a separate model from normal generals. Obviously the faction leaders with specific models wouldnt use it but if they die the ones that take over after them wouldn't look like just another general.

    That would be interesting but I don't know how to do it and would represent a considerable work load

    Changing the leader model upon becoming king is done through a bit of text editing. The most important part is the level attribute, which is the method used by priests becoming bishops/cardinals in vanilla. A hidden trait that grants level bonuses triggers an update in battle and strategy models.

    I can't exactly speak for the project seeing as I lack the work ethic required to be an actual member, and really just make stuff for Louis when he requests it, but it'd be awesome for you to lend a hand.

    Yeah, even if it's just a re-texture, something to signify faction the faction leader would be nice.

    I'm really good with faces, I've been drawing portraits since I was 12 years old, and I feel faces are very important when it comes to heroes.

    I'm wondering though, would the Mouth of Sauron be implemented as a diplomat, a general, or both? It'd be a shame to go through all the trouble of making the model and skin to only see it on the strategy map, but the Mouth was a talker, not a fighter.

    He always did carry around a wicked broadsword though. Maybe hes got some skills we don't know of?
