    Default Changing Factions in-game

    Hello everyone,

I have been playing 1 campaign for about 3 month now. The game runs with 12 turns per year, and I am on the year 1864 (playing as the United States 4th RTI). I have been forced to stop playing because of the terrible turn times. there are literally hundreds of single units running around the map that cause nations to take forever to take their turns. I want to continue playing this save, but waiting 1 hour for 1 turn is too much.

Is there a way to switch factions in-game? I want to go in and disband all of these annoying mini armies.

    Cheers,
    Pikemen

Yes, just make a hybrid using your save game.

I would, but its the 4th RTI. Is there a way to load a save game as a different faction via the ESF editor? Thats what i would like to know how to do.

No you cannot. But you can make a hybrid and continue playing in grand campaign, it will be just the same campaign. To do that you need your save and my late campaign startpos.

You can turn off the "Show CPU Moves" Option
Just pause in-game and click the options tab

If AI has made many small stacks it takes too long to move them around and that delays the turn time. It doesn't help much just to have "Show CPU Moves" off.

D you want some units back in MOS 1.7? Install this mod http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...n-1-1-RELEASED
It adds back units who were deleted from the campaign in MOS 1.7, namely the Winged Swordsmen, the Citadel Guard Archers and the Gondor Dismounted Bodyguard.
