Default How to add Kigdoms accents to a Mod?

After making a native american faction using Normans, i decided to change their accent from English to Native

So i downloaded the Kingdoms sound files:
    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/downl...o=file&id=1590
And now the Normans speak with the Native accent

However it only works if i put all .bat and .idx files from Americas campaign on the sound folder, adding 150+ mb to the mod
Deleting any of the .bat or .idx leads to the mod having no sounds at all.

Is it really necessary to add these heavy files?
    Or i am mising something?

If those audio files aren't in the vanilla packs, then yes it might be necessary to include them in your mod. You don't need the entire Americas voice pack, just the accent files you're after (although separating them out will be a chore). I don't think using the full path name to a Kingdom's folder (which is essentially another mod) in the sounds text files will work, but have you tried it? If it works, that would assume that your mod's users have the Americas expansion installed and unchanged.

No way around: you need to unpack the americas sound files and then copy the relevant sound directories (usually sounds\voices\human) over into your mod. After that delete the dat\idx files in your mod and start your mod.

You can experiment with that using my devkit.
