Remove diplomat's speech?

Hi there.

So, quick to the point, it's completely weird and immersion-breaking when you get into the diplomacy screen with the Orcs of Moria and they ask you, "How can England help you?" (just to give a random example), so I wanted to get rid of the diplomatic speeches and keep only the texts, which I can freely modify to suit my taste.

But I can't find the file where the spoken lines are assigned, so that I can remove them. Where is it? What should I do?

export_descr_sounds_stratmap_voice --> accent english ---> type diplomat ---> demeanour and offer vocal entries, rest is stratmap stuff like death cry.

Don't forget to delete events.idx & dat after editing the entries
