They are definitely from an old version. What worries is that they weren't replaced by the new ones or worst, someone overwrote the new ones with the old ones. I guess I'll have to look into it.

I managed to do that but you should know to use Pack file manager. :/

Btw, I finished my Siege of Constantinople videos, will be uploaded within 2-3 days. Some screenshots from video; Mehmet II The Conqueror entering Constantinople! (I tried to changed Mehmet's horse like in paintings by retexturing horse_body_part.)

Aren't the units of the HRE also older models? Isn't the latest preview of the empire ready yet, or is it because of the team waiting for the revamps of the subject duchies like Austria and Bavaria?

I haven't checked the HRE units, but I assume we didn't receive the models and unit VMDs from Fawn. In which case, yes, once we have updated the German factions with all the new models we have and will have, we'll be able to update everything.
