2 TE's?

I have been looking to download TE for a while now but being busy on other mods have not had chance to play it, now I come to download it I have found two types Lusted's TE and TE CE can someone please tell me the difference?

If i am right, Lusted's TE is the original TE. TE CE is a minimod for it (it changes some things of the original TE)

That's correct.

TE is the one made by Lusted.

TE CE (made by Kaweh K) is a mod for TE. It adds land bridges, the AI expands more realistically, and a few other stuff. Look in the TE CE subforum to see what it changes.
