Moved to the Mod Workshop as this is a modding question. Core_attributes is only in descr_strat.txt if you have 1.3 or 1.5, and then they are at the bottom of the file. You can only have a permanent alliance by changing the seleucid section to look like this:

    faction seleucid, balanced stalin
    superfaction greek_cities

and you can only do this if you have 1.3 or 1.5.

Well, if you only have RTw and have only installed that you have 1.0, if you have installed BI you have 1.3, if you have gold edition you have 1.5.

All patchs can be downloaded off www.totalwar.com in the downloads section. If you don't have any I would download 1.3 and 1.5, as you can't install 1.5 without 1.3

are there like any bug fixs or better improved imperial campaigns?

To see which version you are running, go to the Options menu and check the upper right hand corner - it will show the version number there. For patches, go to the download section of www.totalwar.com.

Core attitudes loook like this (these are from the TFT mod):

    Code:
    ;DS_ALLIED 0
    ;DS_SUSPICIOUS 100
    ;DS_NEUTRAL 200
    ;DS_HOSTILE 400
    ;DS_AT_WAR 600

    core_attitudes romans_julii, 0 romans_brutii
    core_attitudes romans_julii, 600 britons
    core_attitudes romans_julii, 100 romans_scipii, romans_senate
    core_attitudes romans_julii, 600 slave
    core_attitudes romans_brutii, 0 romans_julii
    core_attitudes romans_brutii, 200 romans_scipii, romans_senate
    core_attitudes romans_brutii, 600 slave
    etc.

You need to download 1.3 and 1.5, Barbarian Invasion is an expansion pack, you need to buy it before you can install the patches for it. Alexander isn't even out yet.

It's time to edit, oh friend, tell me please, I know that the message is from 2006, but you should still know something about the game :sí:
