I use free DTXBmp utility to view and edit alphas.

I punted trying to use GIMP for direct alpha editing. I can't seem to copy and paste the alpha with it--probably some sort of bizarre trick to it since using "copy" and "paste" isn't working. So I've switched to using DXTBmp to load and save, and exporting/importing from/to MSPaint as the alpha editor when I simply need to cut and paste. So far, this works, and *intuitively*...unlike GIMP unfortunately.

Offer up your freedom and your will,
You can build your house on the shifting sand,
As for me I'll fight where I stand.

Can you give me an idiot friendly way to get to this 'DTXBmp'
thing please?
