Downloads: Rebels can become prisoners

This enables rebels/slaves in battle to become prisoners, and can be executed, ransomed, and released.

But alot of the time you won't have the option, about 50% of the time it won't allow you to ransom, execute or release them.
The other 50% of the time it will allow you to.

This is for 1.2 patch, and edits nothing else.

To install, extract the file from the rar, and place it in your main mtw2 data folder and use the file first command line... or you can use your modfolder and place it in the data.
