Then, you can take the next turn if you want or leave it to someone else

I believe next turn should go to Morticia for being closest one. In fact, a single Wikipedia search from answer.
Simply typing anti-aircraft cruiser into Wikipedia would get you a short paragraph listing the ships designed as such. Among them, you'd notice that this very photo is used as thumbnail for French cruiser De Grasse.
Originally planned as new class of light cruisers right before the war, only one hull was partially completed by the time of German invasion. Briefly considered for conversion into light carrier by occupying forces, the ship was eventually finished after the war in depicted configuration. Second ship, Colbert, was built to updated plans and later converted to missile cruiser, which is why it is sometimes considered separate class. I would have accepted either name though.

Cause tomorrow is a brand-new day
And tomorrow you'll be on your way
Don't give a damn about what other people say
Because tomorrow is a brand-new day
That's a Puma, we all agree I suppose
It was produced in many variants, that one looks like the Sd.Kfz. 234/2, using the KwK 39 L/60 cannon (developed from the PaK 38 cannon)

Yes, it's the SdKfz 234/2 "Puma" with the 5-cm-KwK 39 L/60 (caliber).
Your turn.

I suck with ships, but I'm pretty good with tanks
not the best pic I agree, but the design is pretty unique

Type 90 Japanese WW2? Not sure what the proper variant would be. But the third rear turret looks off so I am just guessing.
edit: In fact gotta assume I'm wrong since those all look guns/cannons and MG mounts

I'd say right enough, as it's type 95, which was uparmored and upgunned type 91. Biggest visible difference would be the front turret that had only machine gun in 91 but 37mm gun in 95.
I might find something to put here if this lies dormant for too long, but I'm not promising anything. And don't complain about it!

Sar1n has it, it's type 95
Now, I've been deleting unnecessary off topic remarks. Let me stress the point: this is a game, a very simple game ok? Going personal and/or being rude is off topic and is not gonna be tolerated, last warning.

So you're throwing this on me again, Flinn?
Now, I'm off to find something...interesting. Gimme a few hours.

I'm feeling evil today so several people were decapitated...aehm, had their heads removed in this picture.
Also, it's a biplane .
No attempts?
First hint: the lead designer was a famous physicist.
I'll be centering the hints on the designer, since it's your best shot at finding this without giving away the manufacturer, which would make this trivial.
Served in air forces of two nations, one of which was the manufacturer's home country and the other designer's.
