There's some commands for doing it in replays?

Hello. I want to know if there's commands for the replays. That means, commands like "go forward" in a certain timestamp of the replay, or better, "go back" for get back in the replay. You know, like a reproduction system. Or there is another way to do it??

I am not sure if it is possible to pause or otherwise manipulate the replay. But there is the so called Cinematic Editor that let's you manipulate it extensively.
