    Fixed double garrison bug of the roman level 4 port building “Coastal Patrol” (removed Assault Biremes – Legionaries from garrison group be replacing the values in ID=10461 with the above Carthaginian fix) [IA]

    Fixed “Economist” skill of dignitaries not applying its recruitment cost reduction bonus (ID=1186) and its display (as an effect applied to the province) (scope)
    Fixed background skill “Fortitudo” not applying it’s cost reduction effect
    Fixed character trait “weak” (both male and female) providing positive zeal
    Fixed effects (usually in army traditions) that are supposed to unlock medium and heavy siege engines but didn’t (medium and heavy battering ram, medium and heavy siege towers)

    Thank you!

    When I have the time I will actually make an update for the mod that will be this mod made from scratch. This will help me pinpoint possible errors, fix some bugs in a better way and remove some changes that may be better included in a different pack.

    I keep saying this because I don't have too much free time but if it is written somewhere in public it is more likely I will do it sooner
