Perfomance mod like on shogun 2 or Empire total war?

Hi, i want a mod like perfomances mods on shogun 2 or empire total war that compresses textures to half and increase FPS, help pls you know of any?

If you are looking for performance with Rome II, than you have chosen the wrong game, does not matter what you do with the game, It's a mess when it comes down to framerates and smoothness, tbh the game is still pretty much broken, low fps on monster pc's and stuttering all over the place even after all the patches.
Most of us just put up with the game the way it is, in conclusion, the game has huge performance issues that no modder can solve, lowering you're settings still does not help with the stuttering.
