    Make sure your BIOS is not useing factory set 64mb for graphics, instead of a higher number that your card can handle, this could there problem.

    Yes, that Elven Cloak inanimate ancillary really works wonders...

    Seriously, I think (hope) this issue was resolved in 1.1 (or was it 1.2?) - though I am not entirely sure what causes/d it. Is it Nabulung (or possibly Taanari)?

    Sprites take as much fps as full-quality models. Playing on lower quality means nothing to performance, I'm getting a bit worried....
    The Arnor(sp?) horsemen need an improved skin IMHO.

    there are no sprites included in the game... barely any actually... there are some but most of the units do not have sprites...

    I think I saw them, when I put in normal, I see sprites, when I put highest, I don't. But perhaps you're right, and if so, perhaps it will be fixed

    Correction to my above posts: I actually see no sprites, but I notice a difference between very high and lower settings, it seems the models loose some quality at distance, but little. I'm really hoping you make sprites for all units.

    Another thing: lord of the rings speeches are needed!
    Yet another thing: I think you should change all building UI cards, don't leave vanilla's there!

    Changing all the building images (there are 3 versions of each one) for every faction would be an amount of work that would kill the mod. We must use what is appropriate - clearly portions (sometimes large portions) of the vanilla culture matches the Middle-earth ones and we must use these as a matter of practicality. We will, however, try to provide imagery for buildings unique to Middle-earth and seek to edit and replace those that are not otherwise suitable.

    We are entirely dependent upon good voice actors to complete the speeches etc.

    We are working on sprites.

    Ok, I know I was being picky about the buildings
    I'm glad to know sprites are coming, do you think that's why I experience so low fps?

    There are at least 2 settlements in the Rhûn 'initial' territories where you can build very quickly (2 turns for a great hall, where it should take 6)

    MeZoRS (Middle-earth Zone of Recruitment System) works alongside a building-construction-time modifier as follows:

    outland base value = 2-3-4-6* (no bonus); set 5th level to 8 where exists
    fiefdom modifier = 2-2-3-3 (35% bonus)
    homeland modifier = 1-1-2-2 (70% bonus)

    The asterisk indicates a 4th level building (the Great Hall for example) takes 6 turns to build in an outland. As you will see, the homeland value is 2 (70% bonus) and so the coding is working correctly.

    Due to limitation on the practicality of the range extents the system relies on the fact that although it is somewhat quick to build in one's homelands this is compensated for in outlands and (to some extent) in fiefdoms. It was coded to simulate the difficulty of building and establishing new technologies/buildings in areas where the population is not so supportive

    The model of the Knights of Dol Amroth (riders only) seems either WIP or set on low/lowest quality, could you please improve it a bit?

    Oh, I won't - I should be able to get it done in about 8 hours or so if there are no hiccups.

    EDIT: FATW only has one good unit modeller and so improvements to existing units are likely to occur slowly while other more critical work is attended to.
