I'm in dire need of the program for editing RTW campaigns: Trivium Independant Map Editor.

However the link provided by the Author of this application does not work anymore:

Bro,you really need to post modding questions in the Rome Workshop (the link I gave you) in their corresponding category...over here nobody will answer these questions as this is the RSII submodforum where modders post their submods to RSII and not discussing how to mod...
wanna mod? read the tuts in the Rome Workshop >especially those in here: Tools, Tutorials and Resources) and browse the subcategories about mapping,skinning,scripting,miscellaneous...tons of info there on how to do things...
however this is the best start > List of RTW Tutorials and Useful Tools
