If there is, I certainly did not notice her.

Picture prompts are usually just subjective impressions about the topic and do not bind the writers by any means. I was just looking for a Mediterranean cityscape with some merchant scene.

Yes, staff verifies your wins and you'll get a PM with the medal. We keep a running tab of points. If nothing happens within a few days of your 6th win, PM one of us.

Many of the ToTW submissions from earlier competitions are missing, do you know where I can find them? Couldnt find them in the ToTW Index thread...

All of the past submission, poll and winner threads should be in the Archive. There's also this. It's about 50 competitions out of date

but if you want "early stuff" then it should do fine.

Anything you're looking for in particular?
