I've begun writing again as well, working tediously on my project thing as always. Have academic work on the horizon though, so it seems there shall be times of incessant writing!

Because I know that all of you are avid writers and I presume many of you are avid historians as well, I just found an interesting competition.

Paradox Interactive (Everyone's favourite strategy developer after the shambles of Rome II) are running a short story comp for alternate history writers. There is a cash prize as well as other things including being published with some very prominent alternate history writers. Here's the link if any of you want to check it out. Glad to be of some help

It sure is nice. I probably would be doing stuff like that if I were a native English speaker. Sadly and thankfully I am not

Het is best te doen met een woordenboek bij de hand (, denk ik).
I tend to edit my posts once or several times after writing and uploading them. Please keep this in mind when reading a recent post of mine. Also, should someone, for some unimaginable reason, wish to rep me, please add your username in the process, so I can at least know whom to be grateful towards.

    My thanks in advance.

Would any of you be willing to submit an entry for this week's Tale of the Week? We need at least one more to go to a vote!

I thought about writing something for it; but it just felt too soon after the event.
