in the gradient selection windw double click on the gradient in the preview box. then you can click on the little arrow boxes to change there colour.

Truth be told . When inserting options for the layerstyle i got this rusty green result. Looked for the reason but couldnt find it . Left it though like so because it has a nice catch to it.
