Well, ChivTW's timeframe has no Ottomans, but Rum-Seljuks and Grand-Seljukswell i understand that could be due difficult issues coz ottomans were stronger then...

ChivTW's AI generals (and AI in the whole) got some extra's to make your life harder ... rather to equal out a bit the disadvanatges of the RTW/BI-AI compared to human player abilities.
Obviously i forgot to add this info to the features-list (fixed).
