All units(and ships) now requires the greek league-building(Krypteia-building renamed). This building is scripted to appear in conquered settlements. You just have to wait with the military structures until it appears

Greek Hoplite: Everywhere once you build citybarracks
Armoured Hoplite: All greece west of the hellespont + crete and Cyclades + Ionia(once you build citybarracks)
City Hoplites: In respective city only(Thespians available in Opous)
Macedonian Argyraspis and Epitagma: Available in region of Macedonia
Arcadian Epitagma: Available in Olympia and Tegea
Athenian Epitagma and Promachos: Athens only
Corith Euzonos: Corinth only

- Increased size of peasant rebellions in descr_rebel_factions

My main inspiration are Suppanuts traits for XGM(a mod made by DimeBagHo)
These are the ethnic traits available in TGL
Traits Effects

-Korinthian 5%bonusontrade,-1squalor
-Delphic +1law,-1unrest +Only one who can have priest of Apollo as ancillary
-Theban -1influence,5%bonusonunit-recruitment
-Thespian +1morale,+1commandwhendefending
-Ionian +1commandagainstpersians,+1publicsecurity
-Hellen no effects
-All traits should come with a city-epiteph(of Sparta, of Athens etc).
Ionian should come with several(of Miletos, of Samos, of Naxos etc).
-Sons are coded to inherit fathers ethnic trait
-All marriageproposals are coded to be spartans
-Adoptions(usually after a turn) are coded to be mixed(all can appear)
-Man of the hour-adoptions(if you fight a battle witout a general) are coded to be mixed.(all can appear except spartans)
So if you want more Athenians or Thespians you have to win more battles without a proper general.
