Uniform Texture Updates

Hello,
I may have seemed quite last week but I worked hard to be able to make my own normal.dds. Until now I have half succeded. I still have to refine my settings ( for the alpha channel in particular ). I have also work on the faces for the officers. Still, I don't know If I'll work on the wig for now...

Yeah, me too, I think the white looks better. I've made a few try but I guess sometimes, the first idea is the best...

I have also started the riffles, the provicial cavalry and the lancers, all three are about half-way. There is details to work out on the musician, the guards, and the General Bodyguards, and I guess I be ready for the release of vo1...

Durring the war with Ottomans 50% of PLC cavalry were "Pancerni". In 1700 they were still common.
You could make them.

Gorgeous as always. When you finish with this, I do believe I'll give the Polish a try. Poor guys get beat up enough in my other campaigns, I figure it's about time for them to get ahead for a change.

Hey Orion, can you upload your polish re-textures in a seperat file when they are ready, because I already have Remo's Sinks and a lot of other and I dont want to wait until Regalia uploads the "all-together"-Retexture Set, since I wouldnt use it anyway.

@ KLA, Thanks for the info, but I must say that I visit myself the nypd gallery quite often

@ Jared the Piper, I think there no reason to worry about that. At the moment, most RoN texture can be downloaded separately. For the moment, I think it'll stay that way but I don't won't to exclude the possibility to have one pack with all the textures, once all the majors Factions are done, for example. ( You say you would'nt use an overall texture pack... well, my job, and the others on the team, is to make that package so attractive that people like you might change their mind )
In any case, You'll be able to download them on Ancien Régime. I started Ancien Régime with the idea of making a French mod but it is becoming more and more my personnal texture collection( or port folio )( nice HR Gigger picture btw)

@ Titanvoyager, Actually, It was not my intend to retexture the navy as well. But I must say that British navy officers deserve their blue coats! ( I quite enjoyed Hornblower...). I guess that for now, the focus is more on the land armies ( at least, I think, until all major faction are done...)but I belive it is a must for Regalia of Nation to have re-textured navy personnel. We'll have to see in the future but I speak for my part...

With "I wouldnt download a total re-skin pack" I meant that I already have most of the re-skins (all of remos, your ancien Regime and some others) and dont see the point in downloading things twice and also I have a very slow internet connection (unfortunately) so I like downloading small files

Here's a Polish grenadier plate I found. It's the plate of the 1st infantry regiment (1 Regiment Pieszy Koronny im. Królowej Jadwigi) from 1777. And the second one is a Lithuanian foot guard grenadier's regiment (Regiment gwardii pieszej litewskiej) plate from 1732.

Major_Payne: Yes, there is an Austrian retexture, but Aykis hasn't updated the link yet. It can be found here:

Like all uniform textures from Remo (and also in associated with Regalia at the moment), it's in a patch format and needs only be placed in your data folder to work.
