    That nearly broke my spirit - but good modder that I am (and listening to the warnings of the programmers) I had made a back up.

    This will need to be fixed, you have to finish everything that you can with the program before you do the buildings manually. After that no more program use unless you have made backups of descr_strat.
    it is my error.. can you uderstand me ? sorry for flood

    I think you made a mistake when creating a rebel character:

    You need to first create a regular faction's character, place him on the map, test him and THEN chnage him into a rebel. It is a bug that is on the rectification list.

    Not sure if I mentioned that in my manual....

    Sometimes Geomod cannot process custom settings (the additional stone fort from TATW for example) and it freezes when saving. Please note down the percentage at which it freezes and look the number up in the list in my manual. If you still have a problem identifying the problem, post your findings here.

    @lollsuck
    Open the attachment with 7zip , that is a freeware compression tool.

    @Serbian Hussar
    Sometimes in your map_regions the region does not agree with map_heights - it extends into water. Placing your port\settlement without attachment to land will cause that error. If you are modding the original map, then you are a victim of the "Ragusa Port Bug". Download my Bare Geomod installation and copy map_regions from there into your original game.
    rebels - not sure what causes that, I would need more details.

    Yeah, that probably was it. Thanks And also I have figured out the rebel factions problem. I have to input it every time I change a settlement. One more thing. When chosing a core building I don't get any walls, just some "hansa" ??

    Looks like SS is using a different core building then the original. Probably like RTW where the core building wasn't the walls but an "admin" building.
    Have a look in the text\export_buildings file for a description of that building.

    I answered on my wall (to myself by the looks of it ), so here it is again: if you ask this question, chances are you will need the 32bit version. The 64bit version goes with a 64bit OS.

    A question!

    As soon as I start a game, it says:
    Defeat imminent! The Mongols have won world domination!
    or something like that. So I lose before turn two. The mongols aren't on the map yet. wth
